I sometimes give in-person talks and workshops. If you are interested in having me talk at your community event, school, university or in your business, please do get in touch.

My approach is accessible, relatable and trauma-informed. I introduce a secular ethics context to this much misunderstood, sometimes controversial subject of forgiveness.

I help to join the dots so it becomes obvious that the ability to let go of old grudges, grievances and resentment is an essential practice for mental, emotional and relational wellbeing.

I unpack the five biggest obstacles to forgiveness: what it is, what it’s not, why it matters, what gets in the way as well as the if, the when, the who and the how of forgiveness.

My workshops are experiential, often profound and transformational.

“You were amazing yesterday! I felt like standing up and shouting, “do you guys realise what you're getting here, this is the best you could be getting on the subject of forgiveness!!!”

The day altogether had such a profound impact on me, I came back feeling really cleansed, last night I slept better than for a long time and today R****** and I have been closer than for months. THANK YOU!!!”

HOW TO GIVE UP A GRIEVANCE

Forgiveness is something most of us struggle with. It can feel confusing, impossible, and often deeply unfair - but it’s also arguably the most powerful way to release the emotional burdens we carry. This introductory talk offers a fresh, practical look at what forgiveness really is, what it isn’t and how it can make a genuine difference to your mental and emotional health.

Refreshments served before the talk.
