This is the title track from my most recent album - recorded in 2023 and released as a series of singles through 2024-2026.

The themes are still about love - with several songs inspired by my work as a transformational coach and forgiveness specialist - and how essential it is that we each do our “inner work”.

This song is about a Greater Love - our interconnectedness as one Humanity and our need to awaken as that and live as that, for the greatest good of all.

I wrote this song as a tribute to all those doing the “inner work”.

I was inspired by working with an incredible multi-media artist who had a profoundly disturbed, violent and neglected childhood.

I was working on a retreat at the time, facilitating authentic forgiveness work and I was both so moved by her story and also her inspirational response to her abusive past.

Her creativity, imagination and beautiful soul are iridescent despite the significant deprivations of her early years.

All I Think About is the sweetest, most uplifting, explosion of love and joy into the world in song form.

It veritably radiates pure happiness and is perfectly paired with the most charming stop-motion animation video, lovingly crafted by me!

It took me over 2 ½ months to make and I tore up a lot of little bits of paper!

Every frame bursts with creativity and affection in a unbridled celebration of love’s magic in motion.

One of those songs that just makes you feel happy.

And definitely what the world needs now... More Love!

Simply Gorgeous is a mesmerising meditation, that pulls you into the present moment, like a seductive lover and enfolds you in the sublime.

Immerse yourself in luscious sweeping cello, gentle guitar, spacious vocals, hypnotic percussion and mellow double bass.

Music so welcoming, rich and deep it invites you to lie down and bathe in it.

If we were to sum up how the 2020s have been so far, there might not be a more accurate description than "Nothing Makes Sense" to express the essence of the general zeitgeist and the fustercluck of jeopardies we all face as One Humanity.

This song of course is nothing about that at all. It's a love song - expressing something of the weird experience of feeling the intimate presence of someone who's actually a very long way away.

But it also suggests that we are all interconnected and the illusion of differences and distance are completely insubstantial.

And if we're all interconnected with each other and the web of life... maybe, just maybe, we could have an epiphany as a Humanity and start honouring life in all its forms, including each other.

It's the future. We bow in service to Life.

This was another song inspired very much by my therapeutic work - especially on the retreats,

"Baby" is a composite of the kinds of stories we heard and of that inner child who's in all of us.

On the retreats, we'd be working with our clients to help them release old emotional patterns, baggage and beliefs so they could return to a sense of wellbeing and true self-worth.

I believe this "inner work" is something we all need to do, to come to terms with our past experiences - and that being able to release what needs to be released, to grieve what needs to be grieved and forgive what needs to be forgiven is essential if we want to co-create a world that works for everyone.

I believe that so passionately that I wrote a best-selling book about it "Forgiveness Made Easy - the revolutionary guide to moving beyond your past and truly letting go."

I also had a personal friend who had been harming herself, after many years of abstinence and so this was also intended as words of encouragement to her, and to anyone who's struggled with their self-critical mind and self-sabotaging behaviour.

May this song evoke peace in every heart all around the world.

I wrote this song because I am passionate about the idea of Global Peace.

I believe it’s possible because all of the premises upon which we justify our inhumanitarian behaviour towards each other - are false and could be re-imagined.
