I use not only my 7-step Forgiveness Made Easy process, but also draw on a number of other modalities like The Journey, Wilber’s 3-2-1- shadow process, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping), Parts Work, Meditation and CBT. I also have a background in mentoring, training in counselling and coaching (RMT) and over 33 years of personal & spiritual development training. This means, depending on what you wish to address, the sessions will be tailored to exactly whatever you show up with in a way that works for you.
ONE : ONE COACHING
If you are experiencing challenging circumstances right now, have relationship difficulties or conflicts in your family, friendships or workplace or if you have experienced significant trauma, loss, betrayal or had adverse childhood events happen in your early life, you may benefit from doing a series of 1:1 sessions with me instead.
This means I can help you unravel the tangle that happens between the head and the heart - to release what needs to be released, to reclaim your deeper sense of self-worth and to allow a new vision of the future to emerge.
At the deepest level, my work helps you to remember and reclaim the truth of who you really are as well as to clear the relational field between you and others.
Because my work is “process based” - this means it’s an efficient way of working through this inner material, that doesn’t take years of “talking about it”. Instead, it uncovers the roots of stuck patterns, limiting beliefs and relational dynamics and helps to release what you no longer need and restore what needs to be reclaimed.
You have the option of three or six consecutive sessions, spaced a week /10 days or 2 weeks apart, with email support, and if relevant, notes and suggestions for further resources in between the sessions.
