FORGIVENESS "FRIDAYS" (and some Sundays)

The next Forgiveness Friday workshop will be in May 2018 (exact date to be confirmed) from 11am-4pm in Upton Noble, just outside Bruton, Somerset, UK.

During this workshop, you will learn:

• The enormous mental, emotional and physical benefits to being able to forgive
• The major disadvantages of carrying resentment against someone and not resolving the past
• What forgiveness really is
• What it isn't
• The five obstacles to forgiveness and how to overcome them
• How you know when you're ready to forgive - and how to help that happen
• The seven-step Forgiveness Made Easy process
• How the "superpower" of forgiveness can change your life and make the world a better place at the same time

This workshop, led by transformational facilitator, coach and author of Forgiveness Made Easy, Barbara J Hunt, will be a powerful opportunity to let go of old baggage and move on, to resolve issues with your family, improve any relationship, reduce your mental and emotional stress and feel better about yourself.

You will have the chance to work on a specific issue of your choice and learn how to completely let go of your resentment and move on from your past. 
 
Forgiveness is for everyone, you don't need any particular spiritual beliefs to do it, just an open mind and the desire for a peaceful mind and heart.
